If you use any other type of fruit juice, on average you're looking at about 140 calories per serving.

If we take a look at other items people may add to their healthy banana smoothie you could possibly find peanut butter, frozen fruit, frozen yogurt, ice cream, sorbet, honey or the plain protein powder. You're looking at adding anywhere from 50-60 calories upwards to between 150-160 calories for each of these items you add to the mixture.
